Welcoming Rebecca Foust: A New Chapter for the Lycoming-Clinton System of Care
We are thrilled to announce the newest member of our team, Rebecca Foust, who will be joining us as the Lead Family Coordinator for the Lycoming-Clinton System of Care. Rebecca brings a wealth of personal and professional experience, along with an unwavering dedication to supporting families in our community.
A Deep Connection to Our Community
Rebecca is a lifelong resident of Williamsport where she lives with her husband and their five children. Her deep-rooted connection to our community has shaped her commitment to helping local families thrive. As someone who has navigated the complexities of the support system for her own children, Rebecca understands firsthand the challenges that many families face.
A Journey of Passion and Dedication
For more than 18 years, Rebecca ran a state-licensed childcare center out of her home. This experience allowed her to be deeply involved in her children’s education and development while also supporting other families in the community. In 2020, driven by a desire to help even more families, she decided to close her daycare and return to college full time.
In 2023, Rebecca graduated Cum Laude from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Following her graduation, she worked as a case manager, providing support to individuals with substance use disorders and mental health diagnoses. This role further enriched her understanding of addiction, mental health, and the importance of comprehensive support systems.
A Vision for Impact
Rebecca’s personal experiences have equipped her with a unique perspective on the emotional, physical, and financial struggles that families endure. Her journey with her eldest daughter, who has special needs, has given her a deep empathy for parents and caregivers. In her new role as Lead Family Coordinator, Rebecca is committed to engaging, encouraging, and supporting families with children experiencing mental health issues.
Rebecca’s passion for helping others is the driving force behind her work. She is dedicated to ensuring that no family feels isolated or unsupported in their journey. Her genuine empathy, combined with her professional expertise, makes her a vital resource within our System of Care.
Looking Forward
We are confident that Rebecca’s dedication and passion will make a significant impact on our community. Her addition to the team is a testament to our ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive support to families in Lycoming and Clinton counties. We are excited to see the positive changes she will bring and look forward to supporting her in her mission to help families thrive.
Please join us in welcoming Rebecca Foust to the Lycoming-Clinton System of Care. We are excited about the future and the many ways Rebecca will contribute to our community. Welcome, Rebecca!
